CUAWRT302 Write simple stories

Simple and effective storytelling is an important skill set to learn. It helps convey images and takes your audience on a journey allowing them to connect with the subject matter. In this module, you will examine how to write simple stories for a wide range of content, using linear and non-linear structures.

CUAWRT301 Write content for a range of media

Different writing styles are used to produce content for different media channels and different audiences. This module examines the skills and knowledge required to write content for a range of purposes, audiences and platforms from social to web, radio and television.

CUAWHS312 - Apply work health and safety practices (Core)

This module explores both the importance of having a physically and psychologically safe work environment and the importance of safeguarding your emotional wellbeing within the creative arts industry.

CUACAM311 Shoot material for screen productions

In this module you will learn how to plan and shoot video in a range of settings. Utilising a variety of camera, audio and lighting equipment, you will gain the skills and confidence you need to take your video content to the next level.

In this module you will learn how to create visual design components for use across many different media formats. When executed well, good design can help drive more clicks, improve brand awareness and ultimately gain more sales.

Great vision and audio helps engage your audience and their emotions and improves production quality. In this module, you will learn how to prepare and edit a range of source material across visual and audio assets to make your content stand out.

BSBSTR401 Promote innovation in team environments

In this module you’ll learn how to develop and hone your skills in innovation. You will also learn how to identify and implement innovation development activities within a team setting and provide you with a framework to analyse how effective the results are.
