Francis is a highly trained and experienced dancer and has taught and mentored dance students for over 20 years. As a social entrepreneur, Chief Executive, Creative Director, consultant and speaker, his unique background and experiences provide him with an edge to connect to diverse audiences across many sectors of society.
Francis is the founder and CEO of successful social enterprise Kulture Break the largest creative organisation working with young people in the ACT. With over 20 years of professional experience in the business and entertainment industry, Francis has acquired the expertise to drive organizational strategy, culture change management, vision, planning, leadership development and team building using the power of emotional intelligence. As a well-known speaker and leading communicator in cultural change, Francis has engaged with over 400,000 people across Australia and around the world. He’s investment in empowering individuals to reach their potential and has been credited for developing some of Australia’s most successful performing artists, such as Timomatic and members of Justice Crew.
Francis has spoken at TEDx events, corporate, government and community events and has made numerous national television and radio appearances. He is also a former member of the Australian boy band. Francis brings an authentic, highly engaging and relatable connection with his audiences. His passion and enthusiasm powers the atmosphere and invigorates audiences to believe in possibilities. MEET YOUR DANCE TRAINER AND ASSESSOR
Emma has danced since she was 5 years of age. Her passion for dance grew over the years which led her to start her own studio in Sydney western suburbs, which has been running for 20 years.
The experience she has learnt running a studio and teaching all ages of students in many styles in many environments has led her to become an educator in dance.
Emma loves sharing her knowledge with the next generation of dancers and teachers, providing the support they need to be the best performer and teacher they can be.
Emma believes a well rounded, educated and inspired dancer is so important in today’s performing arts sector. Just being a good dancer isn’t what it takes in today’s age so Emma is passionate about sharing her years of experience with you.

An innovative partnership between The Australian Academy of Media and Kulture Break’s Elevate Academy, our Certificate II in Dance is an accredited training course and part of the creative pathways to employment initiative ,which will equip you with both the dance techniques and the portfolio of transferable skills and capabilities you need to prepare for employment opportunities at modern workplaces.
