This course is perfect for students seeking a career in youth work who need the skills to develop and facilitate community service programs for young people. This course will teach you how to empower the lives of young people in your community and help them reach their full potential. Learn how to work within a community development framework while supporting youth to create opportunities in their own lives. The best thing about it is this course, CHC40421 Certificate IV in Youth Work is a nationally recognised training qualification and part of the official Community Services Training Package so you can stand out amongst the competition with a real qualification upon successful completion. This course includes 120 hours of work placement (15 days) which will also assist you with finding your dream job upon graduating.
